School Bans Ugg Boots Over Cell Phone Smuggling

Pottstown Middle School has started a unique clothing ban for an even more unique reason. The Philadelphia-area school recently instituted an Ugg ban over cell phones. The ban actually encompasses all “open top boots.” Students may still don the fur-lined footwear but must change into different shoes before class.

Smith, 47, of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, pleaded not guilty Monday to a charge of possessing child pornography on his laptop, WBZ-TV…..
