Allison GoddardAllison H. Goddard has practiced law in San Diego as a civil litigator since 2000. Prior to forming Jaczko Goddard LLP, Ms. Goddard was an associate in the law firm of Cooley LLP.

Some of Allison’s representative cases include:
• Representation of a software development company in breach of contract and fraud litigation that resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement for the firm’s client after six days of trial
• Defense of an entrepreneur in trade secret litigation that resulted in a complete dismissal of all claims against the firm’s client
• Defense of a publicly traded software company in employment litigation that resulted in summary judgment in favor of the firm’s client on all claims
• Defense of a venture capital firm and portfolio company in breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty litigation that resulted in a favorable settlement for the firm’s clients on the eve of trial
• Representation of entrepreneurs and business in patent infringement litigation, including multiple claim construction hearings, in the Southern District of California
