Judicial Watchdog Scolds PJ for Canceling Court Reporter

A presiding judge who said he was just trying to be cost-conscious has been publicly admonished by a court watchdog commission for canceling a colleague’s court reporter services as a way of prompting the other judge “to engage in a dialogue about court expenses.”
