Adequacy of Accutane Labeling at Stake in Product Liability Case

The New Jersey Supreme Court is considering how far a pharmaceutical company need go in warning consumers about possible side effects in order to be shielded from suit under the Products Liability Act, in a case brought by a woman who developed irritable bowel syndrome after using the acne drug Accutane.
