Since the U.S. Supreme Court established the “nerve center” test as the definitive test for determining corporate citizenship, two Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal judges have issued conflicting rulings on whether GlaxoSmithKline is a corporate citizen of Pennsylvania or Delaware
