Where Have All the Big Law Mentors Gone?

There is a growing mentoring gap throughout Big Law, according to Steven Harper, an adjunct professor at Northwestern University. He believes that the focus on short-term metrics, which measure and place value on things like billable hours but not on time spent mentoring, is to blame.
