Judge Sides With Plaintiffs on Deposing Executives in Toyota MDL

A California federal judge tentatively ruled on Wednesday against Toyota Motor Corp. on a key discovery request, refusing to delay depositions of company executives in the multidistrict litigation over sudden, uncontrolled acceleration, which involves more than 200 lawsuits.
