Halliburton Appeals Allowance of KBR Rape Trial

The Los Angeles Times reports that Halliburton is asking the Supreme Court to reverse a ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that allowed Ms. Jamie Leigh Jones’ Halliburton KBR rape case to go to trial.
